If it happens with both programs then I'd be more inclined to think it was a printer driver issue.

Other entities i can investigate ?

It's not a printer driver because happen with the file, not with the pc.

Well I guess we are in disagreement then.  Good luck sorting it out.

Unless you want to share the drawing with us by uploading a copy then diagnosing the problem will be difficult.

The drawing is personalyzed with my full name and data, and the data of a customer.

Strip the information out and upload the drawing.  What's so difficult about that?  Do you want to solve the problem or not?  Seems you are making this more difficult than it has to be.

Your printer is directly connected or network, if this network then Check the IP address of your printer.
