if I use some commands, in AutoCad 2015,  they don't do the command  which is listed in the acad.pgp file.

For example; If I want to stretch something, I (normally) use the "s" button. But if I push the "s" button at this moment. AutoCad shows me the settings window.
If I open the acad.pgp, I see that the "s" command stands for stretching, not for settings.

This Acad.pgp file is the only one on my pc.

How is this possible?

ps. first week I'm using AutoCad 2015..

You have to teach AutoCAD to use the command.  Type "S" then look at the AutoComplete display in the lower left hand corner of your screen.  Select the Stretch command from the list.  Now the next time you use "S" the Stretch command should become the default.

But if I want to use the "REA" (regenall) command, it doesn't list there.

Also, the AutoComplete display, doesn't appear every time even if I wait for a few seconds..... If I use a command, at the moment that the AutoComplete display doesn't appear, the command is unknown.

Did you just recently install the program?

Type INPUTSEARCHOPTIONS at the command line then press the Enter key.  Look at the dialog box.  Note the options that are available and what your current setting are.  Change the settings to suit your needs.

The first two options you might want to change are AutoCorrect re: number of mistypes and the delay time.
