Topic: How to use AutoLay?Posted: 22.Sep.2008 at 09:07 |

Hi,
I am new to this forum. Just download a lisp program from this website and not sure about how to use it. Here is the lisp that I downloaded http://www.xanadu.cz/en/download.asp?file=AutoLay I loaded the two files thru the "appload" command and after that when I am typing "AutoLay" Autocad is displaying it as an unknown command. Appreciate if any one can help me with this. Thanks in advance. -srinivas. |

The program was probably not loaded (watch for any error message after APPLOAD). See the Readme and the tip:http://www.cadforum.cz/cadforum_en/qaID.asp?tip=5131

There are 2 programs in this file. Move the VLR-manager.fas under any support file search path. Then Appload AutoLay.lsp |

Hi,
Thanks for the quick response I added the program folder (Autolay folder) to the support path and also added both the LSP and FAS files thru "appload". But still Autocad is saying that it is an Unknown command. Is there anything that I am missing. Thanks, Srinivas. |
