   Hey everyone! New member here, so if this is in the wrong spot, I apologize.
I'm a relatively newcomer to AutoCAD (took an 8-week course), so I know the basics. The issue is, I don't know much beyond that. While editing a CAD for work, I came across their door/walls which seem to edit themselves automatically when moved.

I looked this up online, and it seems to be a palette (?), but not entirely sure. The doors, when moved along the wall, readjust the opening on the wall automatically. Also, the walls, when moved, adjust their intersection based on the adjacent walls. Here's a sample of the objects.

Basically, I'm wondering what these are, how to edit them, and (potentially) how to create them. I'm really at a loss here :D

	Hello Appeble, I took a look at your file and I found this on the internet : The objects that you have in your file were maybe created with Architectural desktop as they are "Acad Proxy Entities". Go on the internet and load "Object Enabler" and you will be able to open ADT files. You will be able to move or delete those objects but you will not be able to create one of them.

	Thanks for the help, Philippe. I'll look into that further. And John, I got them from an Architect I know. Asked work for a real floor plan we use as something to learn from. You can imagine my dismay after seeing objects I'd never seen before LOL. I simply moved the object into a new drawing and uploaded it for simplicity. Sorry if there was an issue. Mainly just trying to toy around with a real floor plan to learn more before Im assigned actual job related stuff. Why do you ask? Thanks again, though! Edited by Apebble - 17.Jul.2015 at 19:08

	I asked because I wanted to know if you were really using AutoCAD 2016 per your Profile or if you were using an AutoCAD vertical product like Architectural. Vertical products have additional features not found in plain old AutoCAD.

	While toying with the drawing, I was using the student version of the 2016 version. However, currently I am downloading the 2016 Architecture version (on my obnoxiously slow internet, might I add).
