Good news. The end is not near.

Project Energy Conservation Measures Finance (ECMFin) is our free technology preview that allows you to conduct financial analyses on desired energy conservation measures (or ECMs). Project ECMFin lets you compare scenarios across financial metrics such as Net Present value, payback period, internal rate of return, return on investment, and many others, thereby allowing you to create a business case for your retrofit measures. This is a cloud-based solution that requires no download nor install.

You can join this project and share your feedback:

As was done for the Revit Credit Manager for LEED, the team also decided to extend this technology preview to January 31, 2016 — the end of the Autodesk fiscal year. So keep that feedback pouring in.

More time for cost management is alive in the lab.
