There are numerous file conversions programs available and most, if not all, offer free trials in one fashion or another.  There is no need to be using "cracked" software; that's just plain illegal.  Someone or some company spent an enormous amount of time, money and effort to develop those programs.  Why do you feel entitled to steal one?  Do you work at your job for free?  Do you encourage others to steal your possessions or creations?
