Everyone wants something for free these days.  Did you bother to look in the CAD Blocks section of this website?  A simple search for "AutoCAD blocks" will bring up the names of several other websites that cater to those just looking for block libraries.  Seek and ye shall find.

Here's a website you can try...http://www.cadblocksfree.com/  Notice the word "free"?
