Hi i am new to plant 3d p&ids so far i think they are great.. i have been using plain old AutoCAD for P&ids its a long slow process. so far my concern is moving and strecthing in plant 3D p&id as this is somthing i do a lot of haveing to rearrange exsiting P&ids.. in plant 3d moving the lines with the grips is awesome but if i try to move a whole lot of stuff by selecting all of it the use the move command all the lines end up messed up and the valves dont move.. i can see this being a real issue for future changes as i dont want to spend more time redrawing.. i have tried to turn off the grips in the project properties line settings but that seem to do nothing.. anybody have any tips and tricks for this?
Thanks
NNG

If Plant3D is anything like AutoCAD Electrical there might be a specialized command for moving components that maintains the integrity of the database.  Have you looked in the Help file?
