I received a drawing dwg in the space model to scale 100

The measures appear as 328 representing 3.28 meters.

I scale the entire drawing to 1/100 and I obtained well the drawing and the measures legends , but the legends, arrows and lines of the measures are very big.

How can I obtain all this correct in the space model ?

Hello Esgrimidor, If I were you I wouldn't have scale the entire drawing ( or all with the base point 0,0,0 ) but worked with the existing units.
Type UNITS and take a look at the units of the drawing ( his and yours ).
It looks like one of you is working in meters and the other is working in millimetres.
I shouldn't be a problem as if you have your files set respectively on your units and the other person with its units you can INSERT a complete file and have it at the right scale.
On the other hand if you really want to scale the entire drawing then do it with the base point 0,0,0 and then set a good DDIM to be applied on the existing dimensions, then you will have eventually to set a new all the viewports in the layout spaces.
Note : measures are taken with the command MEASURE, dimensions are applied with the various commands DIMXXXXX as DIMLINEAR, DIMORDINATE.
A placed dimension can be given with a scale factor between the dimension and the number that you read on it such as a level in meters on a file drawn in millimetres.
