What is "this swirlytile mosaic"?
Have you googled 'mosaic hatch pattern'?

Use IMAGEATTACH to bring the image into LT then trace over it. Resize as required. When you are satisfied create a block.

I guess I'm not good at doing curves. Would I use ARC? How does ARC work? Or should I use a different tool? I did the IMAGEMATCH.
Thank-you for the help.

Yes, you could use the Circle or the Arc command.  Or...you could trace over the linework using a single continuous polyline then invoke the PEDIT command and either Fit curve or Spline.

This took less than three minutes to do using the ImageAttach, Polyline, Fillet, Offset, Trim, Mirror and Rectangle commands.  Initial size: .45x1.36.  Now all one would have to do is scale it up to whatever size is required.
