I know this is a dumb question, but my home tool bar is gone. How do I get it back? Commands like - front to back, move, simple ones!!

I don't see a "Home" toolbar listed.  Could you be referring to the Home tab?

For anyone who does lose a toolbar one way to get it back is to type the word -toolbar (yes, you have to include the dash) at the command line then press the Enter key.  When prompted type in the name of the toolbar you want to see then at the next prompt type "Show".  The missing toolbar will appear onscreen.  Move it to your desired location or leave it alone.  Your choice.
