It is a lisp file that is used to automatically load custom lisp programs of the user's choosing.  Why do you ask?

To be more specific, the filetype is .lsp.  You can set Windows Explorer to show you that.  It will vary by operating system somewhat, but in my ol' Windows XP here, it's in the Tools pull-down / Folder Options... / View tab, where you can un-check the item called "Hide extensions for known file types", and you will then see the .lsp filetype extension on acaddoc.lsp when Exploring.

When I saved dwg. in my online data server so, the file is automatically come out in the same path, where I saved dwg.
