Three options I know of.

1. Use the Express Tools SuperHatch command.

2. Follow the tutorials posted here...http://www.ccadinc.com/autocad-tutorials-create-hatch-patterns.html

3. Use the HatchKit CAD hatch pattern editor.  Learn more here...http://www.hatchkit.com.au/index.php

Help is the first place to look -- here in the case of Hatch patterns [from 2017 Help, but nothing about this has changed in many years] -- before posting a question like this.
