Point I was trying to get over is that I didn't have to pay to download the Windows 7 Operating System to run side by side with Windows 10 - When I put it to them that Autocad wasn't yet supported on W10 which limited my choice of PC, and that I'd paid time and again for Win 7 license's in the past on now defunct machines - Microsoft Customer Service re-activated the license of an old computer (now in spares cupboard) which allowed me to download a copy of the Win7 OS for free :) 

I've got Win7 and Autocad on a dedicated SSD which is lightning fast - with Win 10 as originally installed on my HDD to deal with the everyday.

Off the shelf computers are getting so fast with graphics cards etc.. that even entry level machines can run Autocad in Hi Def Rendering - But you seem to get more for your buck nowadays with Win10 machines : The addition of dual Win7 / Win10 matches cheap high speeds with a stable platform :) and there are good guides on You Tube that even I can follow!
