i created a new ucs along the horizontal line right in the picture.
the usc seems correct but the coursor has an different angle.
drawing lines with orthomode results the same different.
the same is shown by switching to WCS
does anybody know witch variable set the different angle to zero?

Use UCS command and enter V.
