There are some possibilities including the free clone "Draftsight" by Dassault but what are you going to do with the file :
Printing only, measure only, etc...

Us the FREE drawing viewer provided by AutoDesk itself called DWG TrueView.

You can use the free viewer Autodesk DWG TrueView (100% reliable DWG contents) - see Download, or viewer-less viewing with the A360 cloud viewer - see e.g. www.cadforum.cz/viewer
