If all you need is a 2D drawing why don't you just digitize what you have shown there?

Have you checked the websites of any manufacturer's?

Cuz this 2d drawing is not here i have this picture from friend and have task to do the same motor with semi-cut in dwg file

I have values on all sides only drawing in dwg i need :X

Since you have an image use the free program Inkscape to extract the edges in the form of a DXF file which you can open in AutoCAD.  Illustrator can do basically the same thing.
