Hello All,

Please can you help me urgently !?!?! :) I have a client who has requested a DWG from me. She has a viewing software. When looking at the drawing the doors (in paper space) show as squares. Can anyone please help with resolving this ? She might not keep her cool much longer !

Thanks.

What viewing software is the client using?

It’s ‘AutoDWG DWGSee Pro 2017’

Likely Cloud Based

Doesn't ring a bell.  She could always try DWG TrueView.

Assuming you're using Architecture 2017, I suspect issue is with AEC / Proxy Objects.
If so, you can either:
Remove the proxy objects before forwarding the dwg.
Or she can (as mentioned above) open them with DWG TrueView.

Thank you all who have answered my question. I have exported as a basic AutoCAD rather than Architecture drawing and it worked ! Thanks.  Deborah
