A 30-day trail version of AutoCAD Electrical can be downloaded from the AutoDesk website.
AutoCAD Electrical is just one of many vertical products built on top of full AutoCAD.  Downloading plain vanilla AutoCAD 2018 is an option but you will obviously be missing the "electrical" aspect.  Does it matter?
