Hello Nogsxd, you can find your answer in the Related CAD Tip N° 6216, Array along a path.
It will explain the use of the commands DIVIDE or MEASURE.
Then you will be able to place a block copied at egual distances.
Remember the block name or copy/paste it on the command line when you will be invited to choose Block and not point.
There will be also an option to orientate or not the block.

By drawing a path that follows that radius, whether an Arc or a Circle or a Polyline arc segment.  Or am I misunderstanding what you want to do?  An image would help.
