You can use the free Autodesk DWG TrueView 2024 viewer application to convert any DWG file to older versions. See Download.

One more option, run dwgsee program, and save as the drawing as old version dwg/dxf.

Please note that neither the online tools nor DWGsee will create a genuine DWG file - the drawing will be reported as "non Autodesk" and its content may be unreliable. See e.g. the Budweiser DWG compatibility test. The most reliable way is the DWG TrueView conversion.
