.vlx conversion to .lsp

We have been using LISP for block numbering with insercC.vlx for several years. Since we made transition to BricsCAD, I am looking for a good person who can suggest a Lisp with the same functionality, or even better, if someone can convert the previously mentioned LISP from .vlx to .lsp format.
