    Posted: 24.Apr.2025 at 16:18

Hi everyone,

I'd like to share a demo of a custom tool I've developed for automatically generating drawings for sheet metal bending in Autodesk Inventor.

The goal of this program is to fully automate the drawing creation process, eliminating human error and ensuring consistent, standardized results.

?? Key features:

  • Automatically generates a drawing after the part is modeled.
  • Adds main dimensions, bend lines, and bend tables.

  • Follows formatting rules and industry standards.

This is especially useful for production environments where speed and accuracy are critical.

?? Here's a short demo video:

I'd love to hear your feedback, questions, or ideas. If you're working on similar tasks – feel free to reach out!
