I am a new student. I am designing an medical office building. I am having trouble with a couple of things. First this office is pretty big, so I decided on a brownstone two story, (condos up on the top floor) I want to put a parapet wall up top for vaulted ceiling. Would that be under roof or walls? next i need to make a 3-D framing plan but i cannot find framing materials. Wood to be exact. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Jam
