Is  there any viewer for DWG directly in Windows without entering in
AutoCAD

Actually not, probably in next version Windows it will be, but not at this time. You need to install DWG Trueview or you can use web viewer Freewheel.

Acme CAD Converter!!! and Free DWG Viewer!!!
can view DWG  files withou autocad.
