is there any free online tutorial that is very informative for converting autocad drawing to 3DS Max?

also what should i prepare for autocad drawing so that when i convert it to 3dsmax there's no major problem? (ex. do i need to draw the autocad to 3d instead of 2D? or do i need to arrange the layer so that when converting to 3ds max it's easy to manage?)

is there any tutorial with 2D autocad converting to 3ds max? the link you gave me is 3D autocad to 3ds max, i need the 2d autocad to 3ds max convertion tutorial.
