When I am printing in Acad LT I get the following layer notification message:
Unconciled Layers exist in the drawing.......
It then asks me if I would like to open the layer manager to review the layer state's. 
 
Is there a vairable I can use to turn this questions off?

LAYERNOTIFY controls the question
LAYEREVAL controls if the  list of unconciled layers is created

The layernotify command refrences a value of 15......0 turns it off, what do the other values do?

Hi,

The following are the values of layernotify system variable:-
 
0     off
1     plot
2     open
4     Load/Reload/Attach for xrefs
8     Restore layer state
16   save
32    Insert
