try CGS extensions for Civil'09
30 days trial include a number of turning template u'll be able to modify for your needs. though keep in mind copyrights

Hey inhabitaust,
On this site if you go to CAD Blocks, Architecture, Roads, you will find some car and truck turning templates.

My Mistake Sorry,
You have to go to CAD Blocks, Transportation, Roads.
