Hi all,

I have a question on inventor templates behaviour. Suppose i have made a template which satisfies my needs. Then i create a drawing using that template etc. Everything seems fine until i change something in the template( C:/program files/autodesk/inventor11/templates...) but the changes doesn't occur in the drawing i already made. I do have a situation at work  when previous constructors were making drawings wihout any sructure, i mean everyone were using their own templates and there is a mess now. We wanna make unique structure on using only one template for our drawings and wanna make those made drawings to use our new template. Can anybody help me in this situation? Is there a solution for a template have a relation to the drawing when its used?

With Inventor once the template is changed it does not go back and change all the other drawing files.  It will only change drawings created after the template is changed.
