Would some one please help.I would like to render a drawing in layouts using autocad 2008.It always takes me into a rendering window which i can not plot from. If i save it and print it in photoshop it takes the black rendering window with it and prints also.THANKS David

You can set the layout properties - its visual style e.g. to Realistic and shade plot to Rendering.
In the RPREF command (see the Dashboard) you can direct your render to layout (instead of window.
And of course you can save the render to e.g. a JPG or TIFF file and reinsert the image back into your drawing.
