Brand new to this group -- I'm a retired ACAD teacher and back in the days of ACADr14 there was a command that I could enter into the command line that would allow me to restore the software to its original as loaded structure. This was very handy in those days as the cad software was loaded on individual computers. Later on when I moved to another school the software was upgraded to ACADr2000 and ACADr2002 and that same command still worked.

Can anyone out there help me out?

Working in any AutoCAD - to restore the original profile we need to reset it or set to originally saved profile.

I think your problem will get solved by following:

Goto : Tools - Options - Profiles - RESET.

I hope this help you. Regards.

Tnx Tom.
Again to all:

The Problem: -- Some of the tool bar functions are not working the way they should, when you do a trim function the right mouse key will not do the deleting as it should. Also when you high light a line to delete it the delete key does not delete.

Anyone got an answer for this?

I do not know how you have your mouse keys set up, but when you select trim left click all boundaries and lines you want to trim right click to set then left click all the sides you want trimmed.  as far as the other commands not working right I am not sure without more info.  That should help with the trim command.
