I am using AutoCAD 2008 LT and I want to use AutoLISP file if at all it is possible in this software. Can anyone help me in this regard.

Unfortunately this is not possible. AutoCAD LT is intentionally limited in the terms of API (including LISP) and your license agreement forbids to install any add-on tools to circumvent these limitations.
