   i have a blockname = stempel_A3

attributes in this "block" (stempel_A3)
"BK01"
"uitgd0"
"uitg0"
"gec0"
"get0"
"opm0"

what i try to make is to update mine titleblock with a dialog form.
same like attribute edit but then from out a dialog. 
because mine block is full of attributes and i would like to make it more simple.
but this simple is not so easy i saw

i allways get an errror 

i have zipped the file included all (dwg. form. database.)

to unpack this all to D:/autocad/test/

dwg file = block
database = info.mdb

maybe someone can helped me
i can email the code
