in notepad open file named PW.lin and in file put this command
*PW_LINE,PW line ----PW------PW------PW----------PW-----
A,12.7,-5.08,["PW",STANDARD,S=2.54,R=0.0,X=-2.54,Y=-1.27],-6.35

When you copy that line type into notepad it has to be saved as a file type that AutoCAD can recognize.  If you do not have a company linetype file already done, my suggestion to you is to start one.  copy and rename the acad.lin file as your company standard then copy and paste the line type that line type in there at the bottom.
