ANYONE CAN TELL ME WHAT COMMAND DID I USE WHEN DIMENSION LINEAR  FORM INTO 3D.....THANK YOU FOR APPRECIATED....

Use the same command that you use in 2D cad, just remember that the UCS must be set in the same plane as the object that you are trying to dimension.
