Can I customize Hatching in AutoCAD

 I create a new hatching pattren and added in AutoCAD

Can I do this

Of course. You can create your pattern files(*.pat) and load it in AutoCAD.
Add new "Support file search path" in AutoCAD, and the customized hatch patterns will be automatically added in the custom pattern palette.
 
To create a new hatch pattern, look at this thread:
