I have attached the company logo to the name block using raster image but when I send drawing to a colleague or client, they see the logo's file path rather than the logo. How do I attach the logo so all recipients can see it.

you have to add/insert the image with "no path" so that the image is part of the drawing

The best way to send drawings to clients is to use the e transit method this way it binds all x-refs, images into a simple exe file with everything in one place.  When it comes to colleagues you should have the images saved within a project folder on a company this way images and x-refs will be accessible from all in your company.
