I'm using the glass effect to create an LCD screen. The object behind the glass is larger than the glass itself (solid color nothing special).

The problem is that when I use the glass effect it not only looks through the object i've applied the glass to, but i can also see through the solid object behind the glass (you see bare space like a void).

And get this, when I render the entire thing I can't see through the object i've turned to glass.  It all looks solid in color.

Any help would be great.
