Hi guys.

That`s my first topic, I`m having a trouble when i work in .idw enviornment. I made a assembly and set up all attributes. But when i create a .idw file with that assembly i can`t calcule the assembly total mass because appears "N/A".

It`s strange, because on asseembly enviornment i can see the total mass through the "iproperties".

I saw any topics in others sites, where explain about a tool called "Iproperties collection", but this tool is avaiable to Inventor version 2009, 2008 and 2007.

Try to edit title block. Create a new text:
Type: Phisycal properities
Properity: Mass
accuracy 2,12
then press X

should be ok. I've tried to upload prt scr but i dont know how...

it procedure really functions when we are working a single .IPT file, but when doing it with Assembly part, it fails

find a button with "Weighing scale" in ribbon menagement. (translate may be not exaclly, my ribbons are in polish)

here: how it looks like in my version.
Weighing scale

Edit:

I've found an interesting option: refreshing mass while U CTRL+S:
Auto refresh
