I have a file that is really causing some issues.  I am trying to strip it down to find and fix the troublesome part.  Here's where I get stuck. I run an audit and tell it to fix any errors detected. The log says it finds and fixed 15 errors but subsequent audits produce the same result.  Here's what the log says:
