Direct Link To This Post Topic: Set By Pick Snapang Toolbar Macro
    Posted: 19.Sep.2009 at 01:46
I have made and used a Toolbar that has Degree Buttons for 5, 10, 15, 20, 22.5, 25, 30, 35, 40,.... and so on upto and including 90 Degrees. I pick the button and it sets the cross hairs to the angle of the macro. This is my problem,,,,,I also have a button that sets the crosshairs to the angle of a line that is picked for drawing in odd angles,,,called "SET BY PICK". I've used it in R14, 2004, 2006, 2008,,,but I can't get it to work in 2006 LT.
Can some one help me with this macro PROBLEM????????

Well if your macro used any lisp, this would not work in LT.

I understand that already because you can't load custom lisp files in LT and there is no lisp file being used here. It is all macro.........

This macro snaps the cross hairs to 25 degrees and works in anything that I have,,,,,,,,
'_snapang 25

Now this macro that is supposed to set the cross hairs at the angle of any line that is picked works in full versions but doesn't seem to work in LT...
'_snapang (ang)

But it does work in all the full versions that I use.

The macro you posted:
'_snapang (ang)

sure looks like it has a lisp component, given the parentheses. What is the command sequence to set snap angle to a line, the macro should look like that
