hi everybody , i am starting to draw 3d architectural drawings , should i start on autocad or 3d max wich is the better please help

3ds max is a design/animation program, not an architectural software. You cannot use it for drawings, schedules, details, etc.
Autodesk has two specific (and popular) architectural packages - AutoCAD Architecture (based on AutoCAD) and Revit Architecture (a CAD/BIM software). Especially Revit is very easy to use. You can do all kinds of architectural models and drawings in both of these applications.
