Hello all,

I am new to 3ds max. i basically work on Unigraphics NX (CAD software) . I want to know if its possible to design a 3d model in 3ds max and then later on convert it in to standard formats like "igs" or parasolid. i tried converting them to "igs" but the surfaces look very raw. They appear like small patches of surfaces(not smooth). Is there any way to work around this??

Please help.
