We have successfully linked AutoCAD Civil 3D 2010 to our ArcSDE and have added several feature classes into DWG files. The process works great with feature classes of simple geometry types like points, polylines, and polygons. However, CAD crashes when you try to add Annotation Feature Classes. Everything looks like it is working and the Annotation Feature Classes shows up in the Map Workspace, but then CAD gets a 'Fatal Error'.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Has anyone successfully added Annotation Feature Classes to AutoCAD Civil 3D 2010 ?
