You can scale the contents of a DWG file up or down with the
SCALE command. But usually the contents is drawn 1:1 and you specify scale just for plotting and dimensioning.

Hey everyone, need some help.. my problem is, when i receive a block plan in autocad through e-mail, how do i convert that to a scale of 1.100? thanks.
