Hello Retta,

I'd similar problem recently, the error comes out while sending my dwg file to print. And the things become worst when I'm trying to fix them myself.
Autocad corrupted and cannot log in at all and that realy make me a lot of painful.

There's no choice for me rather than go to add/remove programs, reinstall the software and click the repair options. Later, I upgraded the printer driver as well and the painful is gone at last. :)

In your case might be bit different and there're various reason why it had happened. Please feel free to seek information in Cad forums, they being discussed a lot and maybe you will find out the answer. Try this.
