    Posted: 14.Jan.2010 at 14:05
Hi
Every time I want to print my drawing it pops this:

Unreconciled new layers exist in the drawing.
The properties of these layers should be evaluated to ensure they display as intended in paper space viewports and in layer states.

View the list of unreconciled new layers in the layer properties manayer?

I select yes and the layers are there.

How can I evaluate the layers?

please help me .

Cry

Never heard of that before!
Maybe you just want to delete those bastard layers?
Try purging the drawing.
Or you could check your layer properties manager to make sure there are no conflicts...doubt that would help...
I say purge and just delete the problem ones.
I know that aint the solution you were looking for, but sometimes its better to just start over again than try to screw around with some acad quirk.

Can't you just ignore the warning and continue? That's what we do with the "unreconciled layers" warning.

Hey all,

I agree with CarlB. We do the same thing at work, just ignore the warning.

That sounds odd you can't decline to view the layers and proceed with plotting, it seems to work that way at our office...

Well you could prevent that warning from even appearing by setting LAYERNOTIFY and LAYEREVAL to 0.

This is ebook about autoCAD .
I hope it  useful for you
http://www.scribd.com/doc/7458297/AutoCAD-Tutorial-

and this is my think :
In AutoCAD2004 there's a 'Shade Plot' option in the plot dialog box but it may not be there in 2002. (It doesn't work very well anyway).

You could try the print screen button on the keyboard and then paste the image back into AutoCAD.

Unreconciled layers are new layers that have been added to the drawing and have not yet been acknowledged by the user and manually marked as reconciled.

Reconciling new layers is the process of manually reviewing new layers so that you can avoid potential errors before plotting your drawing or when restoring a layer state.

when you get the message and it opens the layers, simply select all layers, right click and reconsile
