Maybe no one uses Abaqus; I don't.
 
I would use Abaqus help, menu or manual, to find out.  And like many programs, if they do import cad files of some sort it is the DXF format, designed for that purpose (drawing exchange format). So you'd have to create a dxf file from AutoCAd, then find out the process in Abaqus to import.

Sorry, perhaps someone might have experience to an "abaqus" program(?). Confused
