yes its possible you can lock your drawing try command "op" options file security...then put password...

note: always remember your password

Do you have to send out the acutal CAD file or can you just plot as a PDF and email that to them, just curious, that is how I solve that problem usually, most people do not need my actual CAD file. If they do then there is a reason they want it and will probably ask you for the password to access it. Good luck, hope the password can help you but if you can get away with just sending a PDF sheet instead for viewing purposes, that is always ideal....
