Hey, Im having to draw an aircraft in 3D using autocad 2010. anyone know how?

Trying to get my 3 view drawing into 3D by converting lines into solids or surfaces...

or

tried to make the fuselage by using boxed mesh and smoothing it, but cant seem to get it to be shell and can't insert objects inside the shell.

know any easier way to draw it?
